Dawn Haynes is the CEO of Community Resource Network (CRN), the non-profit organization founded and chaired by Dr. Joel C. Hunter. CRN is leading and facilitating a coordinated community-wide system of support for families who are experiencing precariously-housed homelessness (i.e. living temporarily doubled up with others or living in motels/hotels). The network, powered by a robust technology platform, enables collaboration and coordination between non-profit providers and the faith community to support families on a path to economic stability, by connecting and referring families to needed resources, services, programs and relationships.
Dawn joined CRN in 2017, after spending 30+ years driving business growth and development for multi-national and entrepreneurial organizations, across a broad spectrum of industry sectors in both domestic and international markets. Her “People First” philosophy has supported the facilitation of numerous successful alignments of people, processes and systems to maximize cultural, social and commercial impact.
Dawn has an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. In addition to her corporate and consulting work, Dawn has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Florida, College of Business, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Commission on Homelessness.
